Sieger Suarez Architects is conceptual artist and architect of record, with Carlos Ott as conceptual artist. Interior architecture and design is by BAMO. Studio Ramirez is also named. Property management on the sheet is Hilton Worldwide. PMG Residential is named for the developer’s sales and marketing.

Residences on the fact sheet: fully finished and furnished Jr. suites, and fully finished 1-, 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom homes, with interiors designed by BAMO. Kitchens use Italkraft cabinetry and a Sub-Zero and Wolf package. Baths name Duravit and Waterworks. The Sky Collection sheet adds ceiling heights up to 11 feet, summer kitchens, and Savant controls. Project notes describe penthouse ceilings at 13 feet and buyer-customized penthouse plans.
